1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account with HostLok.com, purchasing hosting subscriptions, or registering domains, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords and verification OTPs). You agree to provide accurate and updated address details to comply with global domain registration requirements.

3. Domain Registrations & Transfers

All domain searches, registrations, and transfers are executed in real time via our OpenProvider integration. Domain owners are solely responsible for ensuring EPP transfer codes are unlocked and that the domain names purchased do not infringe on existing trademarks.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Payment checks and invoices are handled securely via our payment gateways. Subscriptions are billed on an annual or monthly cycle. Renewal reminder notices are sent via email to prevent domain expiration and subsequent service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

HostLok hosting services must not be used to distribute malware, host unauthorized copy-protected content, or engage in spam campaigns. Violating this policy may lead to immediate account termination without refund.
